Preschoolers are guided through our gym in active play. With trained coaches they are lightly introduced to some equipment and play active games.
Preschool classes are athletes only inside, fully structured and coach led. Coaches bring a fun and enthusiastic approach to teaching the little ones all about gymnastics and moving their bodies.

Active fun for preschoolers; fun, games and a beginning in gymnastics.
In Preschool we love to have fun! We play active games for warm up and cool down using the whole gym and gym props (balls, skipping ropes, etc.). Then preschoolers are introduced to some of the gymnastics rotations and how rec classes are scheduled. This helps with future understanding on how they can expect classes to work in the older levels. They are taught gymnastics basics for a safe start.
No Parents Allowed
During class parents and guardians are asked to watch their gymnast from the upstairs viewing area. We understand this can be difficult for some children to be separated from their adult but they will typically join in once they see the rest of the class having fun. If your child is having difficulty feeling comfortable leaving you to enter the class, one of our coaches will stay with them inside the gym until they feel comfortable to join the group.
