Pre-competitive gymnastics is a 4-6 hour per week program. Our experienced coaches will help your athlete learn the technique required for competitive level gymnastics while building strength, flexibility, and a more advanced skill set.
This group has the opportunity to attend lower-level competitions at the end of their season.
Competitive Development
Competitive Development is a new group for athletes between the ages of 6-10. Athletes that are selected for this group show promise at an early age of becoming a competitive team member. Training 6 hours per week with our competitive coaches they will learn the necessary skills and techniques taught in competitive gymnastics
