Summer Day Camps
Preschool Summer Day Camps – Ages 3-5
Join coaches for fun filled mornings this July! Open to ages 3-5 years, our preschool summer day camp includes gymnastics, games, crafts, outdoor activities, and more! Campers are busy from the time they arrive at 9am until they are picked up at 12pm. Coach Abby has so many activities planned this summer, we can’t wait to see how much fun our campers have!
Campers are asked to come dressed in comfortable athletic type clothing with hair tied back. Please bring comfortable outdoor footwear, sunscreen, a hat, a towel, snacks/lunch, and a change of clothes.
Summer Day Camps – Ages 5+
Open to ages 5 and up. PCGC is ready for another 5 weeks of summer day camps jam packed with gymnastics, games, outdoor activities, crafts, and so much more! Here at PCGC we like to keep our campers busy and having fun all day long. Drop off is at 9am and pick up at 3pm. Each day will include gymnastics, indoor and outdoor activities, a craft, and snack and lunch breaks. Each week of summer camp ends off on Friday with a day spent at Trenton Park! Campers will be dropped off at the park for 9am and picked up in the same spot at 3pm.

Week 1 – Space week: July 2nd – 5th
Week 2 – Jurassic Park week: July 8th – 12th
Week 3 – Superhero week: July 15th – 19th
Week 4 – Under the sea week: July 22nd – 26th
Week 5 – Survivor week: July 29th – August 2nd
Saltos Summer Training Camp
Ages 5+. Our Saltos summer training camp is available to current, past, and new recreational aged members! Our 1 & 2 hour per week training camps are a great way for anyone who is currently in recreation to try out. Our experienced coaches will help the athletes work on technique and coordination required in gymnastics. Each class will include a warm up, stretch, event time, strength and flexibility training, and games.
Advanced Training Camp 4 hours / week
Open to current advanced athletes only. During classes athletes will work with our coaches on their technique, coordination, flexibility, strength, and skills. Training camps are a great way for athletes to make big progress with their gymnastics in a short period of time. In a sport like gymnastics with so many different events and skills to learn, more time spent in the gym allows more time to gain strength and build up skill level. We love seeing the new skills achieved by athletes that attend our training camps.
